Microactivity Bench Cat (MBC) unit is a reactor system specifically designed to meet the needs of academic, public or small industrial laboratories for catalyst evaluation and process development.
It provides an automatic and user friendly operation, a high level of safety, and an easy start-up and maintenance. It brings to the laboratory level the long experience of Xytel with the refining and petrochemical industry.
MBC – Main Features
MBC is a bench scale automatic unit based on a mini reactor of about 10ml with its associated furnace. A large number of available options allow to customize the unit to the customer exact needs and allow to cover, with a simple and modular construction, a large range of reactions like : hydrotreating, hydrocracking, hydrogenation, HDS, HDT, oxidation …
The system is operated through an remote control based on TCP/IP interface with a computer and providing data recording and processing.
