Xytel has designed
pilot plants for a wide variety of chemical and petrochemical processes
including the manufacture of the catalyst. Xytel has recently completed
projects in some of the latest areas of interest: oxidations, synthetic
fuels, and Fischer-Tropsch.
Xytel has experience
in all of the unit operations required for a chemical or petrochemical
pilot plant: reactant metering, reaction, absorption, separation,
distillation, filtration or centrifugation, drying, etc. Processes
we have designed pilot plants for have ranged from simple batch
operations to fluid bed selective oxidations.
