Davison Circulated Riser (DCR) pilot units for FCC have been the standard for large, circulation pilot plants for many years. Xytel is one of only two approved vendors for supply of DCR units and has built more than any other vendor. Xytel has also built several "Modified" DCR's with unique features and has contributed numerous improvements to the mechanical design and control of the unit.
